Ladies Group Gathering on April 24, 2005 with cooking demo by Mr. Kam Lee, information session by Ms. Makiko & Ms. Cindy Au, and further cooking demo by Mrs. Tina Chan Our Chef, Mr. Kam Lee, gave a demo on two dishes: (1) Roast leg of lamb, and (2) Salmon in filo pastry. This is followed by an information session chaired by Ms. Makiko & Ms. Cindy Au -- they shared with us their experience in visiting the palliative patients in hospitals. Mrs. Tina Chan then showed us how to make Tofu-fa (soya bean dessert) |
