| To provide assistance, free of charges, to our members and their family, who are

| | suffering from stress or anxiety due to events such as:
|
| | * Sudden death from accident or sickness
|
| | * Cancer, stroke, heart attack or other critical illness
|
| | * Divorce/separation or other stressful situations
|
| |
|
| Confidentiality:
| We respect your privacy. We will not take an active approach to contact
|
| | members whom we thought might require assistance. However, if you contact us,
|
| | we promise we will whole-heartedly help you within our resources and
|
| | capacity, and we will maintain full confidentiality of the matter.
|
| |
|
| Initial Services:
| In the event of sudden death from accident or illness:
|
| | * To assist in making funeral arrangements
|
| | * To provide guidance of estate settlement
|
| | * To recommend legal assistance where required
|
| | * To escort family members if required
|
| |
|
How the service
is managed:
| Some dedicated members of our Association have volunteer their time and
professional experience free of charge. The Board will provide supervision
and support. All information provided by our members will be treated confidentially.

| Liability:
| These services are provided free of charges in the spirit of care for our members.
|
| | A waiver of all legal liability will be required to use these services.
